Policy on Information Security
First and foremost, Japan Association of Career Course and Employment Support(hereinafter referred to as “JACCES”) aims to achieve the satisfaction of not only our customers but also all individuals involved with our services, aspiring to be a trusted and reliable company.
Guidelines for Action:
1.To ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets, JACCES will take appropriate organizational and technical measures to adapt to evolving information technology and new threats.
2.The Company will provide information security education to all employees and ensure the thorough dissemination of this policy, fostering awareness and maintaining it.
3.The Company will establish objectives for the management system and information security, regularly review them, and continuously implement and maintain improvements.
4.The management responsibilities and authorities will be delegated to responsible managers to execute, maintain, and improve the management system.
