7.When there is a legal obligation or permission for JACCES to disclose or provide information based on other laws.
8.Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraphs, the following caFses shall not be deemed as providing information to third parties:
・When outsourcing all or part of the handling of the information within the scope necessary to achieve the intended purpose.
・When JACCES provides personal information due to a transfer of all or part of its business operations, a merger, corporate split, or other reasons related to business succession.

In the event that JACCES receives a request for disclosure of personal information based on the Personal Information Protection Act, JACCES will promptly disclose the requested information to the user, after confirming that the request is made by the user themselves (including cases involving consent from legal guardians or proxies of the user).
However, this does not apply in cases where JACCES is not obligated to disclose information under the Personal Information Protection Act or other relevant laws and regulations.

Correction and Suspension of Use of Personal Information
1.If a user requests correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as “correction, etc.”) of their personal information, claiming that the information is inaccurate, JACCES will promptly conduct an investigation to confirm the user’s request, after confirming that the request is made by the user themselves (including cases involving consent from legal guardians or proxies of the user). Based on the investigation’s results, JACCES will make necessary corrections, etc. to the personal information and notify the user accordingly.
2.If a user requests the suspension or deletion of the use of their personal information due to any of the following reasons, JACCES will promptly conduct an investigation to confirm the user’s request, after confirming that the request is made by the user themselves (including cases involving consent from legal guardians or proxies of the user). Based on the investigation’s results, JACCES will suspend or delete the use of the personal information and notify the user accordingly.
・Personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the pre-publicized usage purposes.
・Personal information was acquired through deceit or other fraudulent means.
